Your travelers surround themselves with greenery and green energy on this tour. Begin the trip with a stroll along the new, picture-perfect Rose Fitzgerald-Kennedy Greenway in Boston, MA. Spend some free time exploring the carts of homemade crafts and the eateries of Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. On Day 2, breathe in the salty air aboard a 65-foot schooner, Tall Ship Cruise from Gloucester Harbor. Indulge in a seafood lunch on the water at Gloucester House Restaurant, and then take a guided tour of the Arnold Arboretum to learn about sustainable gardening and enjoy the gardens. Finish the tour at Broadmoor, an award-winning 1911 barn that has been transformed into a nature center, using only natural energy and renewable resources. Before heading home, stop at a Farmer’s Market to pick up some farm-fresh produce.
