Experience CAPE COD
A More Enriching Tour of the Cape
Most people know that Cape Cod is famous for beaches and the Kennedy family, but on this tour you will learn so much more. Begin with Hyannis, the heart of the Cape, and enjoy a lobster dinner with a local Lobsterman – learn about the Cape’s all important lobster industry. Then spend a full day with a guide touring and learning about the Kennedy Memorial, St. Xavier’s church, the Kennedy Compound, Cape Cod architecture, the Cape’s historic inns and windmills, the Truro dunes, the Provincelands, and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Board a whale watch excursion and keep your eyes peeled for up to five different kinds of whales native to the area. On the following day, meet your guide. Sink your toes in Cape Cod sand at the Sandwich Boardwalk, see glass blowing at the Glass Museum and take a Bog Tour in Cranberry Country. Next, visit historic Plymouth to see the Pilgrim’s landing site and the Mayflower II. End with a culturally enriching 17th century meal with a food historian, while you taste and learn about the foods of both the English and the Native Americans.
